การผาตัด สรางเสน ฟอกเลือด (Vascular access)
เปนการผาตัดเพื่อสรางเสนเลือด ที่สามารถตอเขากับเครื่องไตเทียม ไดสะดวก เสนฟอกเลือดแบงได 2 ประเภท คือ

เสนฟอกเลือด กึ่งถาวร 2 ไดแก Tunneled cuffed Cathether
การสราง AVF และ AVG ศัลยแพทยจะ ทําการผาตัดเสนเลือดบริเวณขอมือ หรือ ขอพับแขนขางไมถนัดเพื่อเชื่อมตอ เสนเลือดดําและเสนเลือดแดง ซึ่งใช เปนจุดที่ตอกับเครื่องไตเทียม Tunneled Cuffed Catheter ทําไดโดยการใชยาชาเฉพาะที่ และ ไมจําเปนตองนอนโรงพยาบาล หลังการผาตัด
