HN (Hospital Number) HOW TO CREATE For PRE-REGISTRATION OR LINK PATIENT PROFILE Creating your patient prole (HN – Hospital Number) online is designed for individuals who have never received healthcare treatments or services at Bumrungrad before, as well as for patients who may not remember their HN Number but would like to link their patient prole to the app.

Open the Bumrungrad Application and tap on the 'Account' menu.

From the account menu, select 'My Patient Profile'.

Within the My Patient Prole page, tap on 'Patient Pre-Registration' to contact us and create your HN Number online.

After completing the verication process, your patient prole will be successfully linked to the app. You can conveniently access healthcare services without the need for registration during your visit. Additionally, you will receive exclusive special oers tailored just for you through the app.

Once you receive your HN Number , complete your information, including the HN Number and date of birth. Then, click to continue.

Select your preferred channel, such as email or SMS, to receive a verication code for identity verication. Click to send the code.
