GET STARTED BUMRUNGRAD APPLICATION Bumrungrad International Hospital has recently developed a mobile application called the “Bumrungrad Application,” aiming to facilitate your health information access more rapidly and conveniently, every time and from anywhere. The application launched to pave way for the 'New Normal' lifestyle; for example, providing you with in-app Digital Loyalty Card, and helping you nd a doctor, schedule an appointment, and purchase an online health package in advance, which helps reduce waiting time at the cashier counter and allows you to return home right after completion of healthcare services. As well as more special privilege o ers only for application users.

HN (Hospital Number) HOW TO CREATE For PRE-REGISTRATION OR LINK PATIENT PROFILE Creating your patient pro le (HN – Hospital Number) online is designed for individuals who have never received healthcare treatments or services at Bumrungrad before, as well as for patients who may not remember their HN Number but would like to link their patient pro le to the app.
Open the Bumrungrad Application and tap on the 'Account' menu.
From the account menu, select 'My Patient Profile'.
Within the My Patient Pro le page, tap on 'Patient Pre-Registration' to contact us and create your HN Number online.
After completing the veri cation process, your patient pro le will be successfully linked to the app. You can conveniently access healthcare services without the need for registration during your visit. Additionally, you will receive exclusive special o ers tailored just for you through the app.
Once you receive your HN Number , complete your information, including the HN Number and date of birth. Then, click to continue.
Select your preferred channel, such as email or SMS, to receive a veri cation code for identity veri cation. Click to send the code.
CHANGE HOW TO (iOS) APP LANGUAGE
To change the language in the Bumrungrad Application, please follow these steps:
Open the Bumrungrad Application and tap on the 'Account' menu.
From the account menu, select 'App Language' to access the settings page.
A list of available languages will be displayed. Choose your preferred language from the options provided, such as English, Thai, Japanese, or Arabic.
Within the settings page, locate and tap on 'Preferred Language'.

You can make doctor's appointments through the application by yourself easily, conveniently, and in real-time. You can choose to make an appointment for yourself or for others. Just ll out your health problems or symptoms of sickness and you can also choose a doctor or let the hospital recommend a suitable doctor for you as well. Choose the earliest date to make your appointment or choose your preferred date and time. You can con rm the appointment by yourself on the menu Appointment Details according to the picture below. A feature that makes you feel like you have a personal assistant. You can save appointments into the calendar on your mobile phone. Make it easier for you to manage your personal schedule. The app will notify you of your doctor appointment along with useful information and location. If you have an appointment at 12:00, the app will notify you at 20:00 of the previous day. If you have an appointment from 13:00 onwards, the app will notify you 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. Noti cations are also supported for Telemedicine by appointment services. Terms & Conditions • The actual medical expense will be debited from your account within 48 hours and the patient will receive the details of medical expenses via email. • If the medical expenses are lower than the reserved limit, the remaining balance will be credited to your account within the time period speci ed by the issuing bank. • If the medical expenses exceed the reserved limit, your card will be debited twice: once for the 12,000 baht amount and the other for the exceeding amount.
