ขอกําหนดและเง�อนไข • คารักษาพยาบาลตามจริง จะถูกตัดจากบัตรเครดิดกายใน 48 ชั่วโมง และผูปวยจะไดรับรายละเอียดคารักษาพยาบาลทางอีเมล • หากคารักษาพยาบาลตํ่ากวาวงเงินที่สํารองไว ระบบจะคืนวงเงินที่เหลือ ตามเวลาที่ธนาคารผูออกบัตรกําหนด • หากคารักษาพยาบาลเกินวงเงินที่สํารองไว ระบบจะตัดยอด 2 ครั้ง คือยอด 12,000 บาท และยอดที่เกินมา
• The actual medical expense will be debited from your account within 48 hours and the patient will receive the details of medical expenses via email. • If the medical expenses are lower than the reserved limit, the remaining balance will be cred to your account within the time period specified by the issuing bank. • If the medical expenses exceed the reserved limit, your card will be debited twice: once for the 12,000 baht amount and the other for the exceeding amount.
