Prevention

There’s no proven ways to prevent Parkinson’s disease but exercising regularly and maintaining a healthy diet may reduce the risk. Once diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, in addition to get medical treatment, exercises are recommended to slow down progression. These include balance training, strength training, aerobic exercise, and functional activities.
